RENTAL PERIOD

Local- Rental period is 2 days, beginning when renter picks up the dress & ending when dress is dropped back off.

Non Local- Rental period is 4 days, beginning on the shoot date & ending when I receive the dress back in the mail.

Extended Non Local- Rental period is 8 days, beginning on the shoot date & ending when I receive the dress back in the mail. $100 extension fee will apply.

Any additional days needed after 8 days will be subject to a $150 extension fee. International Content Days/Retreats typically fall under this category.

SHIPPING

Renter is responsible for all shipping costs when returning. 

Renter can expect to receive rental 1-2 days before their shoot date.

Renter must ship dress back the DAY AFTER SHOOT NO LATER THAN 10AM. If the day after falls on a Sunday, renter must ship back Monday by 10AM.

Shipping price includes standard delivery times, if address needs to be rushed, renter is responsible to cover rush fees of post office.

CLEANING

I am usually able to clean minor dirt stains, however if professional cleaning is needed, renter will be responsible for cleaning fees.

If dress is being used for a beach shoot, renter must remove all sand and hang dress to dry- if any part is wet- before shipping back. 

DRESS CONDITION

Because these are rentals, they have been pre-loved for other photoshoots and may not be in perfect condition. I will take note of any minor spots of discoloration or imperfections before sending the dress out to the renter. Other than minor imperfections, renter can expect to receive a clean dress ready for their shoot.

CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Haus of Daisies Rentals is not responsible for any cancelations of photoshoots due to weather, model cancelations, event cancelations, or any other circumstance.

Deposit is legally non-refundable.

If event is canceled within 1 week of shoot date a refund will not be given.

If event is rescheduled a $50 rescheduling fee may apply. Any changes made within 1 week of shoot date may not be accommodated, and refund will not be given.

If renter needs to change the dress, a $50 change fee may apply.

DAMAGE/REPLACEMENT

Renter is responsible for all damages up to full replacement of dress if necessary.
